Science: Amino Acid Precursors: Neurotransmitters

Precursor Amino Acid Therapy

These are just two sites that help to explain amino acids and how they can help with sleep.

You can google for extensive lists of amino acids, there are a lot of amino acids and they do a whole lot more than body building.

This article suggests two breathing exercises. You're probably familiar with the 2nd one involving one nostril breathing, but read closely the 1st one called the "Kelly Method." It seems similar to the Buteyko breathing system.

L-Theanine, Magnesium, Valerium root, and 50 mg of Trazedone has been working. But I ran out of L-Theanine and my order of new ones hasn't come in yet.

My problem isn't falling asleep soon enough, but having a good quality of sleep. I feel stressed and anxious during night. I need a deeper sleep.

I'm going to cut out melatonin

I just ordered a new thing called Deep Sleep. It has valerian, kava, poppy flower, kava, and some other stuff in it.

it works for me.
it's just a matter of finding the right strain that works for you.
every body is different.
and if you don't like to smoke, there are tinctures although they tend to be pricey but are very effective for many people with anxiety and sleep issues.

Moringa supplement is a great form of all 8 of your amino acids. Adding this to your daily diet will majorly improve health, but over time.
The use of essential oils can be very beneficial as well. Lavender and Chamomile can be very relaxing.
Or just smoke a doobie

I'm waiting for someone here to relate his/her experience with the Fisher-Wallace brain stimulator, before buying it. Quite expensive.

I'd suggest trying neuro fresh before dinner and Neuro Breeze after, I found it helps me greatly with falling asleep. Their both actually taken a lot with other alternative medicine (piracetam, etc.) due to them both having positive effects on memory and brain health.

I say to myself every night "I will get a great night's sleep and be rejuvenated and refreshed for the morning". Then I put on a worship service and I sleep the night away. I used to have insomnia. But I learned the power of declaring things. What you speak is what becomes reality. So tell yourself that you always have great nights of sleep. Then go on Youtube and look for sleep music that will calm your soul. And you WILL have exactly that.
