Make sure you don't touch the pills either. Knock off your dose into the cap and drop them straight into your mouth b/c somehow touching the pills makes them much less effective. I just heard an explanation for that the other day but have already forgotten it.
These had a twist cap that dispensed one per twist then the cap comes off to toss in your mouth. I finished the bottle and no difference.
Then I bought Tic Tamer which is a homeopathic tincture. I used it for a month till the bottle ran out and I think I saw a difference but it didn't completely quit. I'm going without for a week to see if it gets worse again and if it does I think I'll try another bottle of Tic Tamer. I don't know what else to try.

I had a bizarre inflammation of my eyelids, upper and lower, with burning, itching, puffiness and scaliness, and homeopathic sulphur took care of it very well in a couple of weeks. Give it time. Also, I'm lucky enough to have a naturopathic clinic close to me with a whole homeopathy department and I'd never try to self-prescribe homeopathy when there are experts so close.
