Country-life Norwegian kelp (this brand is from protected seas) or Lugols Iodine 5%. If you use the Lugols Iodine you should read up on the required co factors because it can make things worse without them. You can also eat a seafood / seaweed rich diet to get more Iodine although not really recommended.

Before trying any alternative methods, I would highly recommend that you get checked to ascertain the cause. Goiter is often due to a lack of dietary Iodine but it can also be due to Hashimoto's disease and that can become worse from extra Iodine. A selenium deficiency can also be linked as well as Graves disease. Best to get a diagnosis. If you do, insist on a full thyroid check because some checks aren't accurate and are outdated.

You might try reading info from Dr. Brownstein from Michigan, Dr flechas Dr abraham for starters on iodine.
I was dxd with multinodular goiter in 05 and saw several specialists. Inconclusive FNA results etc. All of them pressured me to surgery of which one I scheduled but backed out in 06.
Began high amounts of iodoral. Followed the protocol.
So far its all good.
Best of luck
A side note my daughter who is hashimoto's and had half her left lobe removed...no cancer...is also on 50mg of iodoral daily under her doctors advice
