There is some evidence that ingesting ACV may aid in decreasing triglyceride levels and raising the good HDL.
It's also been known to boost metabolism and help burn body fat.
ACV aids in the treatment of candida/yeast infections.
It may have an anti-tumor growth effect, and this has been studied in animals.
I, personally, would not ingest this on it's own. You can still benefit from the positive effects by blending it with other ingredients or diluting with other substances.
I take a capful diluted in water in the a.m. with a few supplements. In the evening I have it in my home made salad dressing. Good tonic, and good for digestion.
