If you wanted to take vitamin C supplements you can by the capsules at any pharmacy for around $12 for a month's supply. But as you know it's better to get your nutritional needs met from natural foods.
You get enough glutathione from the same foods that supply you with vitamin C. Here are a few high in glutathione.
- Broccoli.
- Cauliflower.
- Cabbage.
- Brussels sprouts.
- Garlic.
- Parsley.
- Spinach.
- Beets.

The point of IV vitamin C is to get extremely high doses. It is NOT for treating a vitamin C deficiency. It just depends on whether you believe high doses of vitamin C can have benefits. I personally have no opinion, I just know that it did nothing for me. I have never heard of it being used for allergies. I think the doctor I saw just gives it to anyone for anything, because he doesn't want to think.
