I've been on it a couple of years and I take it religiously every day. I have not had any pain in quite some time. I also follow a certain diet and eating habits which may also have something to do with it. It's all so subjective..

I believe it was Jarrow brand (with bioperene [sp?]), and I took one morning and one night.

It is subjective, you are keto right? I'm lean more vegetarian / grains. I have a few autoimmune diseases, but they are all quiet right now (Enbrel) for the most part. I'm only taking fish oil as a supplement right now.

- My husband had a Gout attack in his feet were swollen to where he could not walk on them. Fun for me too!
I heard about Tart Cherry juice he tried it Gout went away.
It tried to come back a few times and every time he'd drank the juice and it would go away before he got bad off.
It's been a year now since the last Gout attack.
Same thing happen to his brother he took it and same results.
It works for Gout like they say it does.

but aren't most fruits acidic. I love grapefruit and oranges but thought they were very acidic

Let's not get into the predictable argument about acid and alkaline. It has a different connotation in alternative medicine, something like yin and yang probably.

Topic is Tart cherry juice for joint pain.
