Your kids are very young and need to be evaluated by a Pediatrician, a Child Psychiatrist etc.
Bipolar D/O is mostly an adult DX treated with Risperdone. Guanfacine is used to treat children suffering from ADHD.
Your kids need a definitive diagnosis made by a team of children specialists.
Have they been evaluated for the Autism Spectrum?
