I had to check to make sure this was in the "Alternative" section before I gave this response. The "regular" section is called "Health and Wellness," but you are forbidden from giving "alternative" (i.e., remedies used for millennia) opinions.
I *think* (cannot substantiate) that I can tell a lot about people from just LOOKING at them . . . I notice the color of the skin (pallor or red or whatever), the condition of the hair and skin, the eyes, and lots of other things . . . it would be fun to do a test write-up of people just based on looks and then see if it could be validated.
There is also a psychological thing I can see which is called a "mask" - a certain way some people look who are dishonest and living false lives. When I see it, I have to control myself NOT to mention it, because it's really startling (and interesting) and I want to ask lots of questions.
Can you elaborate on this? I don't see a "mask" per se but I can almost pick up that vibe in someone's aura. Not that I see anything, it's just the energy they put out. I am very sensitive to it.
At any rate, i too, can tell a lot about some people's health just by their skin color and tone, and their eyes.

To me, it appears as a tangible "mask." It looks like the person is a wax figure - their face literally looks like a mask - and the eyes dart about, as well . . . it's really weird!!!!

Something else I have always noticed (I am getting a big off-topic from liver health) is that I always notice how certain people have a very strong "chi" (Chinese medicine) I have very very strong chi, as does my husband, and I have found that people with strong chi are usually healthy. When chi is weak that person has health problems. I usually can tell by the eyes, and second the voice.

Yes, definitely.
My chi is weak at the moment and I take pains to take good care of myself to strengthen it.
As far as liver health is concerned and how all of this ties in - I think the original premise was about noting if someone COULD actually assess health via visual cues and observation.

Yeah, literally every naturopath, chinese doctor, chiro...... ALWAYS told me it was my liver.
Years later I had to have my liver monitored due to a med, including a few biopsies. One thing was made clear by my doctors, my liver was a friggin powerhouse. The commented on how impressed they were at it's health.
