I just discovered this herb and I highly recommend it for anyone needing this kind of help. It does work, no question about that. It did for me anyway. It may take a few days to kick in. For me it worked on the second day. I take it to relax in the evenings but the initial effect is a bit of a stimulant. The only way I can describe it is "Stimulating and Relaxing" at the same time. After a while though it does become more relaxing. It is supposed to help with other health issues as well.
As with many other herbs/supplements, most doctors don't or wouldn't know about this. They only know Pharma drugs.
I believe I've used or tried it some yrs ago when I was trying so many adaptogens but maybe it was the other one starting with A and a long name...doesn't come to me at the moment. thanks.
The Aswaganda part of it has other reported health benefits besides the stress relief. I've only used it twice. I'll report if I observe anything else.
Quote:
Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, has a wide range of health benefits, which include its ability to fight cancer and diabetes, reduce inflammation, and prevent arthritis, asthma, hypertension, stress, and rheumatism. Furthermore, it boosts the supply of antioxidants and regulates the immune system. It also has antibacterial and anticonvulsant properties. What’s more? Ashwagandha is also useful for men as a remedy for infertility and erectile dysfunction.
That's why it's a superior product for the intended purpose.
Yes, that is a problem -- then why are you commenting here?
I gave you two other supplements to take with the one you are taking, and also suggested the organic versions. Why are you asking me why I am commenting on public thread about a subject you introduced?
And the first ingredient in the link you provided can't be pronounced. It is not merely "synergistic" (which means nothing in the context in which you used it). I was referring to the fact that the herb itself should be pure.
