The asian is most likely due to the siberian asian connection most mestizos and amerindians seem to get on genetic autosomals, i myself got some yakut and chukchi in my dna results on diffrent admixture sources and it's classified as east asian. Amerindians often get siberian asian on genetics tests from what i've seen.
I wont doubt it might be true recent asian ancestry. It could possibly be from the chinese and filipino migrations since it happened and settled in some parts mexico.

Right, well Native Americans migrated into the Western Hemisphere from Asia. Native Americans genetically cluster with Asian groups.
And I think the Native American and Asian genetic clusters get an inflated boost due to the several hundred thousands of Filipinos and other Asian groups imported as slaves or arriving as settlers and merchants during the Spanish colonial period of Mexico. So a lot of Mexicans actually do have Asian ancestry from Philippines, or Malaysian, Chinese and Pacific islander groups.
Many Mexicans also often have Sephardic Jewish ancestry from Conversos, Marranos, Anusim, and Crypto-Jews, Jewish etc.
