Sergey, realistically in one week you will do well to see NYC. America is 3000 miles wide and nearly as long. The continent of North America ncludes Canada, United States and Mexico. You will see most of what you hoped to see from 30,000 feet as it will take a week to fly it east to west and from the northern Canadian border to the southern most border of South America.
