Where to visit in Panama ?? 1st timer (best, place, speak)

I like how Panama has city and beautiful beaches. I speak spanish as well. I would like to go a place in Panama where there is local culture AND beautiful beaches. Even if its a boat ride away. Or place where you can do day trips and stuff. I am into good local food, good beaches and relaxed time.

Any ideas of wherre to visit... Panama seems to have so many areas but not info online ( at least that I can find) ... any guidance ????
