It is not a touristic destination, beachs in both Guyanas and Suriname are not nice because they are in Amazon area with many rivers flowing into there and rain a lot is difficult to compete with Caribbean neighbors.

French Guyana is isolated from every where other than France, and to a degree, the French Antilles. That is why its not much known, beyond Devil's Island, and also as a rocket launching site.
The border crossing between Suriname and Guyana is much easier than between Suriname and FrenchGuiana.
These Guyanas offer their own eco/adventure tourism. This with a cultural component thrown in. Not only because these are Caribbean "islands" embedded in South America, but also as they include some of the most diverse small populations any where. Indeed where in the Americas are Javanese more than 10% of the population?
