I like São Paulo too because most part of the year the weather is ‘’air conditioning temperature’’ around 20 degrees. Two months much hot and others two much cold.
Humid subtropical climate as South Brazil, Uruguay and part of Argentine and Paraguay.
I don't like extremes.
Which city/town has the best climate of South America? So much variety...something for nearly every taste.
My vote would be Medellin or perhaps coastal Ecuador. Sao Paulo is pretty nice too.
Average temp. in Medellin hovers around 22º but rainfall is fairly throughout the year so the grass is always green. Medellin's weather is not temperate enough for my liking, even though the city is regarded as having a 'springlike' weather year round. Weather in the surrounding locations to the east is a lot better e.g. Rionegro, temperature is 6 degrees cooler which makes it really pleasant whilst still maintaining the abundant rain and lush vegetation pattern.
