I know most are mestizo but what percentages are mixed with Pipil and mixed with Lenca? Because these are the indigenous people from El Salvador and in my region (San Vicente) the Lenca were from my region.



and why doesn't ancestry DNA tell me if the 45% native american I am mixed is pipil or lenca?

Because Ancestry has not subdivided there Genome to look at that - just like the don't distinguish English from Scottish or French from German - it's English or Northern European.
