I still can not decide...

Guys, can you write more WHY you liked your realtors?
What they were good at?

we were total greenhorns when it came to home buying. Lynda pretty much held our hand the whole way. She helped us find a great local bank with a mortgage broker she knew personally. She was patient and showed us many homes. She finagled (sp?) a bit to get us a great deal.

Lynda made buying a home fun. It was so much fun, I'd do it again. Beats the heck out of buying a car.

Dan smoothed over a bad situation with the sellers (difficult) who apparently did not have enough cash to close. Part of his commission went toward helping the sellers get through the closing. We still get his newsletters eight years later. They are realistic and informative.

Again good luck with your choice.
