We have wild river rides, scary airplane rides and the roads are like rollercoasters

What more could you want ??
I could ask for a 4 season resort, rather than a 3 season resort. Last winter, this winter and next winter!

It would have to be indoors, or you could only be open about 5 months (at the most) out of the year. It would need to be in Anchorage or maybe the Valley to reach your largest population. Land is in short supply in Anchorage though. And unless it was a high quality attraction, people from Anchorage may not travel out to the Valley.
If you were really serious, you'd do some research into our waterpark, H2Oasis and see how they do for business during the various seasons.
There's already a few of the "bouncy" places for the kids around. I know here in the Valley at one point there was three, but only one has survived. The others struggled for business during the summer.
I personally do not think it will work... But then again, people thought Walt Disney was nuts too.
