Layout Opinions (with novice rendering)

I can't tell what elements are already fixed, and which are movable. Are there stairs already there? Damon's design makes sense, but I noticed he moved the entry door way over. Is that doable? I don't see the need for two baths on the main floor, if the 2nd br. is mainly an office. There doesn't seem to be room for that, anyway. If you stick with the original bath design, put in storage to the rgt of the sink. Shelves, or shelves on top, drawers on the bottom.
