It would REALLY help if you would give us a little direction about what you really want to know.
Basically, it is the east Valley's Sun City. A Google search will get you several sites, particularly this one
http://www.sunlakesofarizona.com/ There's lots of factual information out there on the internet already. If what you want to know from people here is how residents feel about living there, perhaps there are some people here who can answer that for you.

I guess there is not a lot of people that live in Sun Lakes on the forum.

Sun lakes is a senior retirement community in Chandler, it has 3 phases that I am aware of. The lowest has mobile homes and the highest has expensive homes. The expensive parts of Sun lakes are gated,there are several hoa fees and Sun lakes has great golf courses and adult activities.

I happen to live by there and I think it looks great! Nice and clean, very friendly environment. It's blended in over here and doesn't feel so much like a retirement community as much as some. There are a lot of other communities all around like Golf communities and lake communities so it just blends into the area. There are also a lot of people over 55 out here that don't live in Sun Lakes, everyone seems to do just fine and look happy.
