No. There is nothing like OSHA in Mexico and there is no regulation on water they use in their offices. The majority of people who have dental work down there come back with a serious infection because of the water. I'm a dental assistant in AZ and I see this once or twice a month.

Even if it only happens 10% of the time, I'm not going to take a chance. I've seen how things are done in Mexico, there's an attitude of doing just enough to get by. No tradition of excellence.

As one who has personally experienced dental care in Mexico on more than one occasion, I have nothing but good comments about the care I received.

The guys who "put a man on the moon" are all retired now. Their replacements are temporary workers who "build" things using Chinese parts from the lowest-cost supplier using third-party engineering data. We've "saved" so much in labor that it caused the economy to implode. Hence, people here are going to a third-world country for dental work. Enjoy your patriotic moment.
