just to get to Sedona will be a feat .if any snow on ground it would be a hair raising trip .

Sedona will be relatively warm and open for business (it is a town and pretty much always tourist season).

Arches will be, as well, though that's not the best time of year to visit.

The rest will be, in some ways, still dealing with winter, more or less. I have been unable to visit the North Rim at the end of May due to snow and also the higher parts around Zion can be closed due to snow, as well. Bryce may be open, but it will not likely be great weather.

Arches can be cold that time of year, but it's a little less wet than the rest, so you might luck out.. .Or you might not.

Honestly, the best time of year for that trek is mid September...
