I think we are in this together, unfortunately my neighbor.

Though I believe last time I checked the weather forecasted rain on Saturday. Which unfortunately, is the day I have to move out. Carrying heavy stuff down three flights of stairs in the rain? No bueno.

I saw the massive thunderhead up north yesterday, I wonder if you were under it. From the sound of it, you were. Lucky dog!

So Mother Nature was sick of me complaining and now there is a huge storm... Thunder, heavy downpour, the whole bit and it's been going on for over an hour now! Thankful for this

I just want to say I think it's strange you call it a monsoon season. I've lived in Mexico (Ags and MC) and Viet Nam and they don't call their rainy seasons monsoons. And I certainly wouldn't consider these rains to be monsoon-like. Things that make me go hmmm.

Exactly, people seem to struggle with the idea that the monsoon is not a single or multiple storms, rather a seasonal shift in wind patterns that create the ideal scenario for storms to pop up.
