I have never met this woman and know nothing about her, but after reading this article, I have to question her intellect:

State Rep. considers law requiring spike strips to stop wrong-wa - 3TV | CBS 5

The option of spike strips to prevent wrong way drivers from entering the freeways has been investigated and discarded by the experts (and I agree with their reasons - having worked in maintenance with these for several years). But now Ms. Ugenti-Rita knows more than them and wants to waste tax payer dollars on this ludicrous idea?

I seen on Wikipedia she was also the only Republican to oppose the Blue Lives Matter bill to toughen penalties for assaulting off-duty police.

Does anyone have any personal experience with her? Is she actually competent and just good at hiding it? Or is she really as clueless as she appears?
