Would you consider Martha McSally an establishment Republican?

I don't know, if she wants a secured border, is pro life, first female fighter pilot in the Air Force, retired Veteran, those are conservative positions. She may not be the perfect conservative like Kelli Ward, but hell of a lot better than Kyrsten Sinema. I think McSally would do much better than Arpaio or Ward in the general election against the Democrat. Joe Arpaio will get the votes in the GOP primary but not enough to beat Ward. It will be down to Ward and McSally, which could be a toss up.

The problem with McSally is her voting record, she has a Liberty score of 45 on Conservative Review, worse than Flake's score. There are several House Freedom Caucus members in AZ that have scores of over 90, including Paul Gosar in your district that would be much better conservative candidates for the Senate than McSally. She would still be much better than Sinema though as you indicated.

While I don't dispute your score indicated here - and Gosar is better than Ward or Arpaio in my view. At least most of the time he is respectful of the process etc. - but even if I WAS disposed to have someone that conservative at the Senate level - he wouldn't be able to win at the statewide any more than Ward or Arpaio can.

Gosar would be a great senator, but I don't think he could win statewide. He would have trouble in left wing areas like Flagstaff, south Tucson, and the central core of PHX.
