I read in businessweek that sobrasada is becoming very popular and would like to try it. Anyone know where I can find it locally?

Sobrassada is a raw, cured sausage from the Balearic Islands made with ground pork, paprika and salt and other spices. Wikipedia
Place of origin: Balearic Islands

More than likely, you will not find it in the US as it is an uncured sausage which may not be importable.

Here is a recipe for something similar.
