I view the DUI hunt, in some ways, to a witch hunt. Believe it or not, I drive more safely having consumed one beer or 2 than none at all. I'm so terror stricken about getting a DUI, after a beer or 2 I'm the most vigilant driver on the road, obeying the speed limit to the max, slowing up for yellow lights, and when sober I daydream at the wheel like crazy. Very dangerous IMO!

You do know if you've been driving for 24 hours, with no sleep, it's the equivalent of having 3 shots of whiskey in your system. Sleep deprived drivers are getting free rides, until they come up with the technology to detect how sleep deprived you are. The clock is ticking for that technology to appear.

Yes, get a lawyer, ASAP!
I had this problem once. I had a few Jack and colas. I think three but meant to have only two. Anywho, this doubled with the control arm of my car going on the way. I hit a bad bump and handling went from drivable to not. I live in an area that is hard to Uber to and from so I had no other option. I got pulled over and luckily due to my control arm issue. $200+ fine after being told by the cop who pulled me over "It can go down by fixing it." And people wonder why I am suspect on cops...
