Probably don't even have to search for their number.

A quick drive down any freeway, highway, or street in the valley will get it for you.

They'll tell you. If it's a real case, they'll take it on contingency. If not, they'll want payment up front.

99% of people who think they have a malpractice claim, don't. Having an outcome you didn't want is not malpractice.

Med mal is a bit more complicated (and expensive due to tort reform) than what the average advertising firm does.

There are lots of med mal specialists in the city. Any med mal lawyer will do it contingency and front expenses (you have to hire experts right out of the gate), so if you actually have a case they will be direct with you as they don’t want to lose money.

Just Google it. When you look at the firms, see if they have a legal nurse consultant on staff. That’s a good thing because they have someone with medical knowledge on staff to go through the case along with the lawyer. It’s one of the few practice areas where lawyers employ nurses as part of their team and it’s one way to tell if they are a serious med mal firm.

Default Thanks!

Thank you all for your comments! We did find a lawyer and we do have a very strong case. Once it’s over (not sure how long it will go), I will do an update.
