TooColdInIndiana,

Everyone else here is right. You aren't going to find temperatures like this anywhere near Arizona. Coastal central Mexico is the closest place I can think of that would mostly stay between 60 and 90F with above average but not sky-high humidity.

February 72° / 48°
March 77° / 52°
April 86° / 59°
May 94° / 67°
June 104° / 76°
July 106° / 82°
August 105° / 81°
September 100° / 75°
October 89° / 64°
November 76° / 51°
December 68° / 44°
The problem with average temperatures is they can make a place like Yuma, which can have a daily temperature range of 30-40 degrees, seem like San Diego. You need to look at record highs and lows too to for a better understanding of a location.

The weather is almost perfect in Silicon Valley. Wish it rained more though throughout California. Today it is high at 84F and low at 61F with humidity 46%. Breeze N 7mph. In comparison San Diego high at 81F and low at 70 F with NW wind 9 mph. Humidity probably lower than here.
