Advertisements

Moderators or admins, can we change the title forum from 'Prescott' to 'Prescott-Prescott Valley' in the Arizona forums? I believe our area is growing and needs a better representation from neighboring city.

Are you serious? It's implied.

Just like the Phoenix forum encompasses the entire Valley. It doesn't say Phoenix-Tempe-Scottsdale-Gilbert, etc, etc, etc.

I agree. Arizona has 91 incorporated cities and towns.

Now I wouldn't mind having a sub-forum for Payson and/or Show-Low area.

Probably won't happen. The Administrator posted that instead of individual towns/cities they would create only geographical areas in the future.

This. There is no representation for that whole area.

Here's what a couple of you guys need to think about. Don't think just about Arizona. Think about the whole United States, and if fact the whole world. If City Data tried to divide things up the way you want, the forum would literally become unusable.

Look at the number of sub-forums Florida has. I think the world can handle one more for basically the entire east half of our state.

The states with alot of sub forms is the reason it was getting out of hand. So the Admin put a halt to to adding so many cities and went with geographical areas.
