intentional communities in AZ (Sun City: retirement, cities, build)

I am looking for a community in central AZ or east central Nevada. Do you know of any? Are there any for retired women?

This would be a great conversation starter on the Retirement Forum, Single Women Retiring-Where Will You Go? I've been thinking more and more that an Intentional Community (hey, it's a commune!) for retired, interesting women would be a fabulous idea...you will see that there are many of us who are single and would like to build a community in our retirement years so we're not alone.

Isn't that also known as Del Webb, Sun City, or The Villages in Florida?

am interested but would like to form it as a limited equity co-op.

Del Webb's Sun Cities communities are for over age 50 people and are mixed communities, men & women. A women's only community in today's world would probably not be PC, discriminating as they say.
