Moving to the North Phoenix/Glendale/Scottsdale area. We are looking to rent a home for now and my kids are fond of the gated communities offering private waterparks (for obvious reasons of course). Any suggestions?

I know Anthem has a water park I don't know if it has gated communities within that Masterplan . I would assume it does. Check that one out.

Anthem has a water park. It is for Anthem use only. You need to show I.D. to enter. There is Anthem Parkside and there is Anthem Country Club. The Country Club is gated.

Also, Vistancia has a beautiful pool and splash pad. It's pretty far west, but if the location works for you and you don't mind the isolation, it's quite beautiful. Not sure if there are gated areas with rentals.
