For the phoenix and tucson areas, what are the best places to look online for employment? I know there's monter and career builder but I am looking for something local to do searches.

thanks

I don't know anything local, unless maybe Craigslist. I always used Careerbuilder and found most of my jobs that way. I never really like Monster.

I've never used them or heard good or bad about them, but I know that jobing.com is local.

You are going to the right places; however, most companies are hestitant to respond to out of state people. Do you have an Arizona address to put on your resume? Include a note that you are moving to a specific location on a specific date.

Unless you are in a specialized field, it's going to be rough to get many responses until you move.

Default posting - jobs

These are good job sites:

WWW.AZCENTRAL.COM (broken link)

CAREER BUILDERS - I THINK IT'S WWW.CAREERBUILDERS.COM - IF NOT DO A SEARCH

Also the Arizona Republic is a newspaper - try online search for their classified - for Phoenix area.
or search for AZ Tucson newspapers to get other names

indeed.com is the best job search site there is. it searches every other job search engine and puts them all in one place for you. no need to go from site to site, if a job ads out there, indeed finds it.

I've heard from a good source to stay away from Monster, there mainly into selling, and they don't stay current with there jobs, the same job posting up there for months.
