Congratulations!! Seville is a beautiful community! They're building an elementary school within the community (Riggs Elementary). I believe it's supposed to open this year. I read in the paper that they're still arguing over boundaries though, so if you're in the Beazer homes, or the north side of Chandler Heights, you may have to open enroll in the school if you want your kids to attend. If that's going to be an issue for you, you might look into it now as they only have a limited number of open enrollment spots.

Also, join the country club. Clubs are always a great way to meet people and the pools at Seville are fabulous.

Congratulations!!! And good luck with your move!

Default we are moving in in july too :-)

Hi!

We are moving to Seville too :-)
End of July. What a coincidence. Maybe will even be neighbors
I am also trying to get info. Nearest food shops, banks...Preschool for my daughter.
Heard of tutor time and something at the clubhouse.
Did you fly in to take a look at properties prior to buying?
We are moving from Pasadena (LA area). Big change for you huh?
Well at least you'll have no snow to shovel and ice to scrape !

L.
