The woke NCAA cannot overrule state law.
(woke = stupid)

BTW, the law being discussed in this thread doesn't say anything about participating in sports. This one is about castrating young people (teens and preteens) who have been brainwashed into thinking they are something that they are not.

I think that, what is being pointed out, in this exchange, is that Fringegurl hasn't taken a stand or stated an opinion, for anyone to support, defend, or oppose.

Typical of Republicans to preach for small government, then backtrack when it comes to sexuality issues.

Pretty hypocritical if you ask me. If you want small government, stay out of people's personal lives and let them make the decisions that are right for themselves. Sheesh!

Protecting children from the horrors of depraved adult minds (such as yours, apparently) has nothing to do with government and everything to do with common human decency. The only reason the Arkansas government is even involved is because this child transgender insanity has been sanctioned and instituted elsewhere to the point the special interest factions (which are miniscule at best) in every state are demanding the same now. They couldn’t count on Asa the RINO to step up and protect the kids so the legislature had to do it for him.

Hey, if you’re an independent adult and you wanna partake in the transgender fantasy do what you gotta do.....but anyone who would push that stuff to a child in any way, shape or form is criminally depraved in my book and better get ready to rumble in correlation.

A certain person, who doesn't list his location, has a posting history that shows he is still in Kalifornia, because Austin and Atlanta didn't want him.
(He took the small electric motor from his bass boat to Florida, as well, LoL. )

Well said, I can't agree more. If someone reaches age 30 and still wants to mutilate themselves, they should pony up the cash and go for it. I can't see the state or insurance paying several hundred thousand dollars for such surgery, except the PC Storm Trooper Polizei will come after them with rioting and burning.

If someone doesn't associate their gender with what they were born with, it is their right to live the life that they feel comfortable. It isn't something they choose to feel internally. Why force them down this path when it doesn't affect you?

Only bible thumping, homophobic, uneducated bigots push this uptight agenda.
