India interests me more, probably because I already know many things about China so Chinese culture just doesn't fascinate me anymore. In fact some negativity of Chinese culture is truly pathetic.
India has a caste system partly because there have been very different "races" in India, historically. They are/were culturally and physically distinct and it is natural to have a strict stratification based on blood. In short, the Indo-European "Aryans" invaded India of today and made themselves the highest in the hierarchy.
Their caste system was still way more "moral" than apartheid in the west or genocide in Americas.

Hanfu is pretty boring. Indian clothing is much more colorful and vibrant. Kimono is overall the best Asian traditional clothing among all imo.
Chinese new year is only fun when you're little kids. It could get really annoying when you become adults. From money-receivers to money-givers, yeah, no fun.
I really dislike all the BBQ here in Taiwan during Mid-Autumn festival. Idk why it has become a tradition for Moon festival here.
Qingming festival is not cool when you have to take multi-hour trains just to get to the tombs.
Idk about Ice Festival.
As for which one is more grand, fascinating, and awesome, I guess it's just a matter of different opinions.
