When the customers demanded the manager to say sorry for not getting the chicken which they had paid for after waiting for 45 minutes fast food order, the husband get puched and wifey kicked at by the staff.
Actually the guy did demand to see the manager for apology but got whacked instead! Luckily, you were not there.

OMG, I thought KFC is bad with the punches and kicks, but it seems that MCD is worse! They do tenderized customers with steaks, oops sticks!
Nevertheless, the incident in MCD is quite different as the wonan was jumping into the counter when she was questioned over the fake dollars and got tenderized whereas in the KFC incident, the guy is merely asking for apology the non delivery of the chicken he paid for. Whatver it is, let this be a caution for these fast food joints - Caveat Emptor - Buyers beware before you get whacked!

Well the guy beating the customer or whoever also had a prior criminal record. I can't remember what it was (too lazy to look that up) but I believe he was just released on probation.
