I wonder if Pilita Corales has a Filipino blood because she looks so pure compare to most half breeds now ( young stars ).
I think her mother is mestiza has Filipino native blood and her father is full just like Pacita Revilla, the wife of Actor Armando Goyena. We also have Insulares, they are full Spaniards born in the Philippines which we considered as Filipino & they considered themselves as one. I know someone full Spaniard Filipino, they exist.
me too, I actually like watching old classical Filipino movies. You'll see our old folks culture and tradition haha..I actually appreciate so much and their beauty are all natural without enhancement or help from modern technology. I like how they still wore our Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog.
Nicanor Abelardo

Nicanor Abelardo's Violin Composition 'CAVATINA'
^ This reminds me of our neighbor in Pangasinan, he do play violin
specially lol at their window. I guess, now I know why Filipinos love music a lot.
Lorenzo 'Enzo' Medel play one of Nicanor Abelardo's Classical Composition
One of the Classic Filipino Music that I like is 'DAHIL SA'YO', One of the famous 'Kundiman' Song
overseas.
Pilita Corrales
Original English/Tagalog Version of 'DAHIL SA'YO'
Cora and Santos Beloy
"Dahil Sa Iyo" is a song by Mike Velarde, Jr., written in 1938 for the movie, Bituing Marikit and sung by the "King of the Philippine Movies" Rogelio de la Rosa. A version with English-Tagalog lyrics, recorded in 1964, was a hit in the United States and continues to be popular in Filipino communities on American soil.
One of the most popular examples of the Kundiman genre, this "classic Filipino love song"with original Tagalog lyrics has been translated into different languages
