Now seatbelts fasten or pay a fine . 20 years ago pickpockets and robbery were more common. 20 years ago more people wanted to move to richer countries than now. 20 years ago China can't test many people in a day during a pandemic.
Wet markets are not a problem so still exist like 20 years ago.
