Phillipine Postal service is already a pasee. Although you can send simple mails but if you have valuables and needs time sensitive mails then its better to use other private couriers.

Philpost is reliable as long as you register it. it may not be fast like the private couriers but it will deliver. don't insert any cash/valuables.
