I'm sorry but what's your point? A person who is 50% European is 10 times more European than the average Filipino. Of course they don't look Filipino. Wil Dasovich (one of the guys in the video) also has Spanish ancestry on his mother's side. So it's likely that he's more than 50% European. And you expect him to blend in? Why?? Also, it's funny that the video says 10 hours walking in Manila but it's only 2 minutes of footage. The reactions are either fake or cherry-picked from the "10 hours of walking" Most people in Manila don't care at all. There are other videos of complete white foreigners walking in Manila and nobody is reacting like that.
Back to the point- Spanish in Filipinos is usually so distant that it doesn't even show up in the phenotype.
President Marcos is only 1/16th (6.25% Spanish) because his great great grandfather was a Spanish friar born in Spain
Here's a photo of the ancestor and geneology

If you click through the descendants, Bongbong Marcos is one of them.
But look at BBM. He looks 0% Spanish even though he is part Spanish. He's more Spanish than the average Filipino, but not by much. And as you can see, he just looks like an average (slightly Chinese) Filipino.
And then there's his wife. She comes from two big Basque families in the Philippines- Araneta and Cacho. She has a lot more Spanish blood than him, but she also just looks Filipino
But there are members of the family who do look mixed with Spanish. BBM's cousins from the Romauldez side, Alfred and Cristina Romualdez
BBM's relative (mom's cousin) from the Romualdez side
BBM's neice, Alexandra Rocha-Araneta and siblings. She's only related by marriage, but she comes from a different Spanish family in the Philippines, and obviously they're more Spanish-mixed than he is
while BBM's wife doesn't look Spanish at all, her nephew from the Cacho side definitely does look mixed with Spanish. He's Paul Soriano
Sabin Aboitiz- BBM's wife is cousin's with his wife
More of the Aboitiz family. These are 5th generation Filipinos
So what's the point? The average Filipino with less than 10% Spanish is not going to look Spanish-mixed at all. Only the minority with more than 25% Spanish is going to look mestizo or white
