I wish Asians would stop using so much MSG in their otherwise fantastic foods. I am specifically talking about restaurants but I know that many people use it at home, too. It gives me headaches and raises blood pressure (it is a sodium) afterwards. I also end up hours later with an unpleasant "aftertaste" which lets me know that there was MSG in the food.
