arent the Japanese considered a subrace of the Mongoloid group ?they are consider malay ?
The first emperor of China sent a man with 3000 virgin boys and girls to sail to Shangri LA looking for eternal medicine,in a storm,they landed in Japan and never return.
Diet plays a part too,some say Japanese look stoic,lacking in lively facial expression,their diet is rich in antioxidant esp those living by the ocean like Hokaido,they eat a lot of seafood-fish,clams,octopus,sea urchin,eels.sea veggies also contain more nutrients than land veggies,you dont find too many JAPANESE with underactive thyroid.
Both Korean and Japanese eat a lot of seaweed,of course the Korean eat a lot of garlic which not only fights off vampires but make them healthy free of bacteria and lower their blood pressure.
The Northern Chinese ,be it HANS or Mongolian or Manchurian are meat hounds,all day long they crave for meat ,you walk into a Northern Chinese restaurant and their menu is all about pure meat dumplings,full meat braised casserole,of course there is PEKING DUCK.
They will never cheat their customers by mixing lots of cabbage into their meat,thats very disrespectfull of their meathound customers.
While the Southern Chinese by the coast eat all kind of weird stuff like horseshoe crab, chicken feet,salt fish,crabs.
Beef is not that common in any part of China,NORTH SOUTH EAST WEST,lamb is popular with Northern Chinese and the MUSLIMS in that troublesome province right now.
oh,back to beef,the yellow cow is meant for farming,you wait till it is too old to work,then yo slaughter it and make beef dishes,which easily take hours to cook and waste all your precious fuel.
Pigs are much common.you eat every part of the pig and use the bristle to make brushes.
Japanese said we dont eat everything,they sent their pig feet t o Germany and have them pickled as a snack in beer hall.

Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) people are proven by both historically and genetically to be East Asian, what do you expect them to be????

Even the 100% pure blood Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes who lives in the remotely isolated areas in the mountains still physically look completely East Asian.
Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) people who lives in most areas of Thailand and Laos today are proven to still be genetically very similar to the Thai/Ta/Dai(Tai-kadai) people who lives in the isolated mountains in Southern China. They are still exactly the same people, same race, look the same.
Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) race are genetically and historically proven to be an East Asian race similar to the people in Southern China and Taiwan.
Northern Thailand(people mostly looks East Asian, similar to the Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes in China)
Eastern Thailand(people mostly looks East Asian, similar to the Thai/Tai/Dai(Tai-kadai) tribes in China)
