As for India people, thai people call them khon/chao India. There is another informal word for them, that is, Khaek.
Generally, the word Khaek is used informally for those who are from south Asia like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and nowadays people from Arab or Middle East like Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia etc. or even Iran are sometimes included. However the the word khon/choa followed by the name of their country would be a more appropriate way to call them, for example: khon Irap, khon Iran, khon Sau, khon Pakistan, khon Bangladesh. The word "Farang" is only for White foreigners.

For people from neighboring countries around thailand, thai people usually call them by their country's name, like this:
khon malay or khon malaysia for malaysian, khon indo or khon indonesia for indonesian, knon sing-ka-por for Singaporean, khon pa-mar for myanmar people, khon vietnam or vietnamese, khon lao for laos, khon kam-pu-cha or khon ka-mhen for Cambodia people.

Generally, thai people don't pay much attention to what religion foreingers are, so they don't use religion name for foreigners. If you are from malaysia or any other country or even from thailand and you have indian/south asian look, upon seeing, thai people may indiscriminately think or say that you are keak or india until they know exactly which country you are from.

For thai people in thailand, they call among themselves like this: khon nĕuua for thai people from northen part of thailand, knon tai/tı̂ for people from southen part, khon e-san for people from northeasten part, khon pak-klang for those from middle part of the country, khon hmong for hmong, khon Kah̄erī̀yng for karen. For muslims in thailand they will usually be called khon/chao thai muslims, for exampe, chao thai muslims in three southern provinces.

Despite what country I'm in, I generally find the 'locals' think they are superior to the tourists and expats.
