I do not say it but I would not read too much into people who do. Certainly it would not bring me to wish to do violence upon them as you have indicated above. Such anger requires anger management and I heartily recommend you seek some.

I like "Christ on a bike". I've heard "Jesus H Christ" a (relative) lot through the years. Never knew the origin of the H...but I just like the addition of a (seemingly) random middle initial
edit to say that I'm rather shocked a Wikipedia page exists on the topic (complete with a Chumbawamba disambiguation and everything):
I use "Jesus Christ," "Oh my God", "Jesus Mary and Joseph" and God knows what else. These are expressions of surprise, outrage, whatever, not expressions of faith. I have also been known to yell "****ity ****snacks!" which as far as I know has no real meaning whatsoever.
Yes, I even say *GASP* "Knock on wood!"
