The question reminds me of the meme about jesus being a zombie.

It's funny how nutty people keep wanting to impose their nuttiness on non-believers. Maybe we're just afraid of Santa. No we don't believe in Santa. Maybe we're just afraid of (fill in the blank with another made up entity). No we just don't believe in made up entities.
