Exactly where does the Book of Genesis mention Lucifer, or speak of the concept of free will?

I don't.. I was answering a question.

It seems even it was the book of Ezekiel.

Ezekiel mentions Lucifer, sorry.

And we were created in the image of angels: We have free will to choose or reject God.
