I think you meant to
deep link to the actual podcast.
But I think you really do not understand what it would take to "reach" an atheist ("old" or otherwise).
Basically, you would have to
1) Coherently define god (who is he)
2) Present evidence that he exists ("is" he in the first place?)
3) Present evidence of his attributes, character and claims (is he worthy of fealty and worship?)
And you would have to understand what an atheist (or, really, any empiricist) considers evidence. Hint: I've never met a believer who has any at all. Scriptures are the claim, not the evidence.
