I'm looking for apartments in the $700-$820 range, BUT I would like to be within a 15 minute drive to downtown, midtown, Buckhead, and the airport. Is there ANY area where this possible? I'm guessing I would have to be located along 85/75?

Rents that cheap in good neighborhoods and good buildings are available in the city. No need to drive. You could just live in one of those neighborhoods.

... also anything along the perimeter is withing 15 min to those areas (except maybe the airport which is about 30min from the north end of town). Oh and perimeter = Interstate 285 which circles the city.

You could do that in Smyrna - 15-20 minutes to Buckhead, Midtown, Perimeter - 20-25 to Downtown and the Airport.

Move downtown there are plenty of places for that price and it fits what you want. Downtown is about 15 miles from airport and 10 miles from buckhead and 1 mile from the heart of midtown.
