I need your help in finalizing an apt. I am a female planning to attend gatech this fall. Safety being a priority, I am skeptical about renting an apt in the areas near to gatech. I and my potential roommate have shortlisted the below apts:

I have lived in a apartment near Collier Ridge apartments and I personally think it is close/safe and moreover many GATECH students live there. For a 2bd/2 bath, we were on a month-to-month lease and were paying about $975. The place where I lived had address 982 Collier Rd NW, Atlanta, GA. There were only 20 - 3 apts. So it was not a huge community.
