it's definitely arguable, but i honestly believe that texas has an edge on georgia when it comes to gospel music.

2nd....to the haters, I can guarentee your city isnt on that list as much as Atlanta.....until then your comments do not mean anything

Thanks!
"i had to come back and say something about GA"? i still have yet to state one negative thing about atlanta. it's quite obvious by the title of the thread and his replies to other posters that he was looking to start something

the thread is about to be closed anyway, so it doesn't really matter

atlantans are proud that they're music scene is doing so well, and they should be proud. but this seems to be another example of confusing popularity with value.

Something may start off as a minor debate but then yall escalade crap until it’s on another level. I didn’t corner you, you back your self up. And for the millionth time I literally said these are little opinions they don’t matter, so it’s ironic your trying to say I even care about your opinions.

//www.city-data.com/forum/atlan...y-music-7.html

I even tried to change the subject and post R&B videos. Then you came back criticize the R&B videos I posted and even use my post as a example of someone who don’t know the difference between popularity and quality. So then I came back at you. Meanwhile none of this had anything to with the thread.

“i still have yet to state one negative thing about Atlanta” bull, you have negative opinions. You know! the ones you said I attack you for having, which contradicts my posting and what actually happen in the thread. Yall are so cute, yeah thread proably be closed because yall pretty much hijack it.

What is there to discuss? The topic states that GA dominates the charts for Hip Hop and Country. What idiot is going to argue against that when the stats are right there? Nobody denied that.

Here's a perfect example of an Atlanta poster starting the argument and the Texans land the blame. This statement right here set the entire argument in motion.

Up until then the thread was entirely civil. The Texan posters definitely didn't respond in the best way, but as you Atlantans put it "what did you expect?"
Now all of a sudden you want to claim that the Texans and probably me hijacked the thread. GTF with that. Even most of the GA posters agreed with AlGreen.
It was the perfect set up. TonyGeorgia set the bait and you and OMG2010 came in on the offense as usual.

The title of this thread says "GA saved..."
What did GA save? How did it save it?
Nobody has been able to answer this.

bull, you have negative opinions.
So now it's a crime to have a negative opinion about something?
You know what the Texans could just roll out an never argue with you all again and you alone would alone would still prove true everything that they have claimed about Atlanta posters.

No.It's is plain to see.Someone from TEXAS changed the argument because they did not like the fact that it was true what the OP said. Then you guys started with the throwing of the kitchen sink in.It started with "quality artist","the amount","who sells more","who wants to claim bad music," and now when all is exhausted you blaming the ATL posters for simply defending an argument that was not even what the OP's statement were in reference to!

We all know its a bit presumptuous to say GA save hip hop but he did back up his point of view and clarified his opinion. That question was ansered on the first page. You guys just don't like his answer. That is the truth. You guys honestly need to give it a rest and create a "TEXAS SAVED.....".Truth is ,you never see many Georgians over in the Texas forum because quite franky......we just don't give a damn...I mean really be honest are there Georgians all over the Texas boards like you guys are?If so so be it.But if I had to bet,Id say no.

I didn't realize that you were as delusional as the rest.... seriously.

You know what ,you guys are more than welcome on the Louisiana and Texas boards. Honestly, I would never be here if my name hadn't started showing up in posts here when I rarely even visited this forum. Secondly, you only see Texans in threads that reference Texas.

G back and read.. the whole Quality/ATL killed hip hop response was first posted by an Atlantan in this thread. Hell, I never even touched the quality issue and you want include me.

----------------

Maybe you're not delusional. Maybe you just want to keep the bs going. Who knows?
